Mr. Wallace Arline, 80, of W. Main Street, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2019, at Wolcott View Manor.

Mr. Arline was born May 1, 1939, in Gatesville, NC, a son to the late Thomas and Annie (Stallings) Arline.

Wallace was educated in the NC Public School System. During his adult years, Wallace relocated to Waterbury, where he resided until his passing. He had various jobs throughout the area including Scovill and Century Brass. In addition to being a hard worker, Wallace also enjoyed socializing, spending time with his family, friends, and had great knowledge of World History and events. He was a good man who will be missed by all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters; Sharon (David) Arline-Brown of Waterbury, CT, Joanne Eason of Sunbury, NC, and Tina (Albert) (Zimmerman) Alves of Waterbury, CT, eight grandchildren, five siblings, Edith Arline, William Arline, and Mary Arline Walker, all of Waterbury, CT, Reverend Richard (Mamie) Arline of China Grove, NC, and Jean (Jeffrey) Arline-Privott of Jacksonville, NC, one aunt; Evelyn Jones of Sunbury, NC, a sister in-law Beverly Gooch Arline of MA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and 2 best friends Bill and Roy.

He was predeceased by a son, Wallace Arline Jr. formerly of Raleigh NC., a daughter Patricia Parker formerly of Gatesville, NC, and two siblings Gracie Lewis Arline formerly of Gatesville, NC and Herbert Arline formerly of Waterbury, CT.
