Ms. Terry Ellen Moore, 64, of Waterbury, passed away on June 28, 2019, at St. Mary's Vitas Hospice Care, after a brief illness.

Ms. Moore was born in Waterbury, CT. on July 27, 1954, a daughter to the late Arthur and Lila (Richardson) Moore.

Ms. Moore was educated in the Waterbury Public School System and graduated from Wilby High School. After high school, she became an employee of the City of Waterbury, working in the Public school System, and then furthered her education and becoming a CNA for many years. Terry also served as a member of the Grace Baptist Junior Choir and Usher Board, in her younger years. She was full of life, self-sufficient, independent, giving, caring, and loving to everyone she knew. Although she had no children of her own, she became a mother to many. She enjoyed music, dancing, and preparing meals for her loved ones. She will be missed by all that loved and knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her longtime companion Jerry Brown, two Brothers; James and his wife Pamela Moore and Dwight Moore, two nieces; Matosha and Jamia Moore, great nieces and nephews Miykhal, Miykhez, and Miykasia Brown, Hali Green, Victoria and Morgan Soares, and a host of cousins and close friends of the family.

She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Lila Moore, a brother Arthur Jr., and a sister Julia Elizabeth (Moore) Burke
