Tahnesia Desiree Lynette Watts, 44, of Waterbury, CT, formerly of Danbury, CT passed away unexpectedly in her home on Saturday, May 12, 2018.

She was born on December 8, 1973 in Danbury, CT to Renee (Watts) Council and the late Carleton Earl Brown.

Tahnesia grew up in Danbury, and was eduacated in the Danbury Public Schools. She continued her education and received her CNA certificate. She had a passion for taking care of those in need and she was great at her job. She was currently working as a CNA healthcare provider in Waterbury.

She had a huge, loving heart and was always known for bringing people together, especially family. She was a loving and caring mother. Tahnesia had an infectious smile and a distinctive laugh that would light up any room. She enjoyed music, cooking and entertaining, and most of all having a good time laughing and dancing with friends. She loved life and wanted everyone around her to be happy and enjoy their lives as well. Tahnesia will be missed by all that knew her.

To cherish her memory, she leaves her five loving children: Marquis Cordero, of Prospect, CT; Tiaja Watts, of Waterbury; Najeem Dennison, Jalen Dennison, and Dekala Dennison, all of Norwalk, CT. three brothers; Tyvonne Watts, of Hartford, CT; Quashan Moore, of Waterbury, CT, and Rodney Douglas; three sisters Paulette Watts, of Atlanta, GA; Janet Council and Sonya Council, both of Waterbury, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Tahnesia was predeceased by brother, James Anthony Watts; and sister Dominique Tiacara Brown.
