Mr. Ricardo "Ricky" Perez, 51, of Cossett Street, Waterbury, passed away on Sunday, April, 14, 2019, at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Timira (Roscoe) Perez.

Mr. Perez was born August 1, 1967, in Waterbury, a son to the late Teodoro Perez and Inez (Ramos) Perez of Puerto Rico.

"Ricky" as he was called by all that knew him was educated in the Waterbury Public School System. While in school he participated in theater arts and graduated from Crosby High. He also loved to draw, sing, and dance. After High School, Ricky entered the workforce working in various retail stores in the city, Devon Precision Industries Inc. of Wolcott CT. for over 15 years, and most recently Life Abundance Warehouse. He loved his family. He enjoyed spending time with them and celebrating all the holidays and used to dress as the Easter Bunny and Santa for the neighborhood children. "Ricky" Was the "OG" of Cossett Street. He was such a happy person who enjoyed making everyone around him smile. He will be missed by everyone who loved and knew him.

Besides his wife Timira, Ricky leaves to cherish his memory, stepchildren; Markem and Charise Fox, Samantha Ferguson, Carlene DosSantos, Kelly Montiero and Joana Vaquiero, his sisters Elizabeth (David) Burgos, Magda (Rick) Fontanez all of Waterbury and, Leslie (Jaime) Camacho of Puerto Rico, brothers; Teddy Perez of Puerto Rico and his brother and best friend Eriberto (Maria) Perez of Waterbury, a host of nieces, nephews, countless friends he has made during his lifetime, and his pets; Tia, Barbie, and Kenny.
