Mr. Norman L. Roberts Jr., 32 of Meriden Rd, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Mr. Roberts was born November 12, 1984 in Waterbury, CT a son to Bernadette (Johnikins) Leak of Waterbury and Norman Roberts Sr., of Albany, GA.

Norman was educated in the Waterbury public school system attending Kennedy High School and graduating from Crosby High School in 2002. While attending high school he worked at Anderson Boy's Club. After graduating he worked at Champs and Footlocker where he became manager and most recently AWP. Norman loved spending time with his family and friends but most of all his two children, the loves of his life whom he adored. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Besides his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, his son Norman L. Roberts III, daughter; Nyla Roberts, two brothers; Brian Johnikins of Brooklyn, NY and Andrew Sands of Waterbury, one sister; Tiffany Cofield, maternal grandparents; Elbert and Beulah (Whidbee) Johnikins of Waterbury, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
