Mr. Henry Stewart Harrison Jr, 71 of Waterbury, passed away, Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Masonic Healthcare Center in Wallingford, CT surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Harrison was born May 18, 1945 in Waterbury, CT a son of the late Henry S. and Minnie (Harris) Harrison Sr.

Henry was educated in the Waterbury public school system. In his early years he had been employed by Scovill Brass until retirement and Dalton Paving. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. "Puff" as he was known was a great jester and joker. He loved to make everyone laugh. Fishing, hunting, watching sports, both on television and at the arena, along with playing horse shoes were some of his favorite pastimes and hobbies. Spending time with his family at father gatherings is what he enjoyed most. He was a very humble, compassionate and loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed.

He leaves three sons, Aaron, Brice and Dujuan Harrison, one daughter; Lori Harrison, four sisters; Mable Herbert, Cora Medlock, Lorraine Harrison and Shirley Davis, one brother; Don Harrison, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
