Frank Betancourt, 24, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Frank was born July 9, 1992 in Bronx, NY to Ana E. Betancourt of Waterbury.

"Youngster" as he was known, was educated in the Bronx, NY and after relocating to Waterbury he attended Kennedy High School. He worked at various side jobs including pool cleaning and roofing. When he spent times in the Bronx he would work with his grandfather as a custodian. Frank was a loving, caring and respectful young man. He was always happy and always smiling. Frank would help anyone who was in need. For the past two years during the holidays he would go out and feed the homeless. When he was not doing for others he was an avid basketball fan. Cleveland for life.

Besides his mother, Ana, he is survived by three children, Jaden Betancourt, Yesenia Betancourt and Julianese Betancourt all of Waterbury, two brothers; Anthony Roman of Waterbury and Jonathan Perez of Rhode Island, two sisters; Briana Solis of Waterbury and Jennifer Perez of Hartford, CT, three aunts, three uncles, several nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and friends.
