Mr. Fletcher Dunbar Jr. 72, of Danbury, formerly of Waterbury, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020, at Danbury Hospital.

Mr. Dunbar was born in Waterbury, CT, February 19, 1948, a son to the late Fletcher and Carrie (Williams) Dunbar, Sr.

"Fletch" or "Jr.", as he was so affectionately called, was a very happy person, that loved singing the blues, playing his guitar, and the keyboard. He was very outspoken and always said what was on his mind. He always had to have his daily cup of Dunkin Donuts Coffee. "Fletch" left a great impression on people everywhere he went. If he liked you, you would know it but, if he didn't like you, you would know that too. He will be missed by all that loved and knew him.
He leaves to cherish his memories, one brother; Calvin J. (Cecelia) Dunbar, Sr. of Richmond Hill, GA; two sisters in-law; Wanda Dunbar and MaryAnn Dunbar both of Waterbury, aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by two brothers; David Dunbar, Sr. and Joseph Dunbar, Sr.
