Ms. Diane Myers, 57, of Wood Street, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Diane was born November 14, 1961 in Saluda, South Carolina to the late Luther and Zolee (Hollaway) Myers Sr.

She was educated in the Waterbury public school system where she attended Crosby High School. She worked with her mother at Sherwood Manufacturing, she then spent her time as a homemaker, played cards, and was the glue to the family. She would speak her mind then the next day, love on you. We will all miss her smile, her laugh, and her voice. She left us all with many loving memories. She will truly be missed by us all.

Diane is survived by boyfriend, Benjamin Smith, her sons, Derek Myers and Quentin Myers, her sisters, Leora "Lee" Watkins of Waterbury and Betty Jean (Gene) Dobbs of Saluda, SC, her brothers, Luther Myers Jr. of Waterbury, James Myers and Tommy Myers both of Bridgeport, CT, aunts; Eva Murphy of Long Island, NY, Amy Morgan, and Martha Myers both of Waterbury, uncle; Joe "Bobo" Hollaway of Saluda, SC, ten nieces; Shantay, Classic, Jazzman, Renita, Brittany, Zo'ani, Kyree, Brandi, Mas-a-que, and Ziona, four nephews; Marcus, Jay'zil, Brandon, and Jay'Zion all of Waterbury and a host of extended family and friends. Diane was preceded in death by niece, Tawanda Holloway.
