Ms. Danielle "DeeDee" Faith Beamon, 54, of Grove Street, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at St. Mary's VITAS unit after a brief illness.

Danielle was born October 12, 1965 in Waterbury a daughter to the late Thomas and Ruth (Fitzgerald) Beamon.

DeeDee was educated in the Waterbury public school system. She was employed by the Salvation Army of Waterbury where she held a long-term position there doing various duties. She attended Mt. Olive AME Zion Church and was a lifelong member of the Berkeley Knights Drill Team. Although her favorite color was blue, she proudly wore black and gold at every drill team event. Her favorite pastime was dancing. She would always be seen dancing at every event. She was the life of every event. DeeDee was a loving, caring person who loved spending time with her family. She was the "Best Auntie Ever"! She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her longtime companion of 16 years, Henry Walker of Waterbury, one sister; Rochelle Beamon (Douglas) Web of Waterbury, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and a host of friends. She was predeceased by brother's, Dennis and Thomas "Buddy" Beamon and sister, Nadine Beamon Watlington.
