How time flies by since you have been gone. I guess God took you because he knew I needed a Angel more than I needed a friend... So I light this candle. To give you the warmth of friends and family and to guide you on your New journey. May you sit at the right hand of God. Your NEW job has just begun !!

Dad, you are sadly missed. I miss our daily talk, your laughter, and your jokes. You would text daily jokes to me laugh and how I miss your daily morning post on Facebook, thanking the Lord for another blessed day. You touched so many lives in our family and within the community. You always opened our home to many friends and you continued to do so throughout your life. You always had great advice to give and you always spoke truth, you never wavered. You were a great dad, father, husband, brother, mentor, grandfather, and friend. There is no doubt in my mind that you would have been the best great-grandfather. You shared stories of your past and how they shaped you into the person that you have become. We learned so much from you and I am thankful that you had the opportunity to share those memories. I know that you are smiling from up above and watching over us. I love you and miss you dearly. May you forever rest in God's loving arms. RIH
Fondly, your daughter ❤

"Poke"(nickname) will be sadly missed. Once you met him...it was hard to forget him !! I can't believe I knew him for 52 years !! I will miss our conversations about life in general...we would talk on the phone for hours. When he joined the church...he really joined the church...he was always helping others. One of his best attributes was being stubborn...it was hard to change his mind when he believed it to be right....thank heavens he married Alicia who stuck with him for many years !! (about 50 years) She would just look at him and shake her head...(very patient woman) There are so many stories that I can tell but I would have to write 2 books!! Keeping his family in prayer to mourn the loss of Mr. Mack.......(another name he was called ) RIP
